The Acts of the Apostles were recorded by Luke, an eyewitness to many of the accounts within the book. By the power of the Holy Spirit, the apostles proclaimed Jesus’ message of salvation while preaching in the midst of great persecution. This good news spread to both Jews and Gentiles within Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and all the surrounding regions throughout the Roman Empire.
